Good morning AORN Greater Houston Chapter Members,
It's terrific Tuesday! We pray as you each head to work or wherever you may go, that your light shines bright for all to see. The chapter bylaws have been contained on our website constistently for over a year
and we need your help. Please review the bylaws and make any comments and suggested changes. Comments can be posted directly to this post and the final vote for inclusion will occur at the November 12,2019 chapter meeting. Absentee voting will be by email. Please ensure your email address is current. Thank you in advance for your comments, suggestions, and participation.

I would like to propose the following bylaws changes:
Article IV: OFFICERS
President
CURRENT: e. Review monthly bank statements
CHANGE
e. Act as a second signer on all bank accounts and review monthly bank statements
ARTICLE VI
NOMINATING COMMITTEE
Section
CURRENT: NOT LISTED under duties/responsibilities
CHANGE:
Shall be responsible for the selection of Delegates as outlined in section 4.0 of the AORN Greater Houston Delegate Selection Policy and Procedure.
