Wings Over Air Medical Volunteer Opportunity

The first year Aerospace Medicine Residents are assisting in the coordination of medical operations for Wings Over Houston air show and are recruiting volunteers for October 19-21.  

This will be an excellent opportunity for both faculty and staff to assist with medical operations, while enjoying an amazing air show.  Below, please find a link for the volunteer sign-up.  Even if you can only commit to one day, that would be a tremendous help. The hours are from 7AM to 6PM. Half days are also available.  Please contact us, via this email, if you have any further questions.

In brief, the plan will be for the medical volunteers to be in teams of 2-3 people, patrolling the air show grounds to be available to the most spectators possible.  Lless experience can be paired with volunteers with more experience.  Volunteers will also be assigned to the medical tents. Admission to the airshow, lunch, a hat, and a t-shirt are included. More details to come. 

Volunteer hours are 7am-6pm October 19, 20,21st.
